DELHI DIALOGUE II

The Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI) and The Institute of South East Asian Studies (ISEAS), Singapore, with the support of Ministry of External Affairs of India and SAEA GROUP, launched the Delhi Dialogue™, with the esteemed presence of Hon’ble Finance Minister of India, Shri Pranab Mukherjee and the ASEAN Secretary General, HE Dr Surin Pitsuwan, at the FICCI Federation House from 21-22 January 2009.

Delhi Dialogue is a second track initiative focusing on the concerns of Regional Security and what needs to be done to build Sustainable Economic Growth in the Region. The dialogue intends to provide a new impetus to this partnership.It further aims to provide such a forum for Policy makers, Think Tanks, Academics and business people to engage in a manner that animates fresh policy thinking and innovative solutions to challenges facing the region. This would be the first such dialogue to be held annually.

The Hon’ble External Affairs Minister of India, Shri S M Krishna and the Deputy ASEAN Secretary General HE Mr Pushpanathan Sundram will be gracing the Delhi Dialogue II from 21-22 January 2010 at FICCI Federation House, New Delhi.
